IMAGE RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHT ASSIGNMENT

I authorise UpandUps to reproduce and use the photographs I provided when registering, as well as the various photographs and illustrations published on my social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). This assignment authorises UpandUps to use, publish, edit, copy, reproduce and adapt these images by any technical means, and to mention my name whenever these images are used.

The use referred to in the previous paragraph must be for the purposes of UpandUps’ business activities. This may therefore include promotion, communication in the media or on any other medium, as well as communications with clients and prospects in connection with events in which UpandUps is involved.

These images may be reproduced or used together with other materials, including: text, data, information or slogans, other images, photographs, drawings, illustrations, animations, graphics, video or audio content of any kind, using any means, methods or techniques currently known or developed in the future. This list is not exhaustive.

I understand that the authorisation granted to UpandUps prevents me from claiming any rights over promotional materials in which the images are reproduced. I will also have no rights regarding the development, manufacture, production or distribution of such materials.

I permanently assign to UpandUps the copyright I hold in the content described above. These rights include, in particular, the rights of communication to the public, reproduction, use, modification, adaptation and deletion of all or part of the assigned work, and may be exercised by UpandUps or an authorised third party for the duration of the copyright, in all languages and countries and by any current or future means.

I warrant UpandUps’ full and uninterrupted enjoyment of the rights assigned against any claim, challenge or eviction.
